How can I delete my account?

At amp, we believe in empowering your fitness journey with innovative technology. But we understand that situations change. If you decide it's time to move on, here's how to delete your account with clarity and ease.

Important Considerations

Before you proceed, consider the following:

Loss of Access: Deleting your account means permanent loss of access to all your data and features, including workout history, personalized training plans, and progress metrics.

Data Recovery: Once your account is deleted, it can't be recovered. If you may need your data in the future, download any personal records before starting the deletion process.

Processing Time: It takes up to two business days to process account deletion requests. During this time, we ensure all your data is securely and permanently removed from our systems.

Important note: Deleting your account will not cancel your subscription

Steps to Delete Your Account

  1. Open 'Settings' in the amp app

  2. Scroll down and click on 'Account'

  3. Click on 'Delete my account'

  4. Confirm account deletion

  5. Your account will be deleted in 30 days

To cancel your amp subscription, get in touch with our support team via live chat or email. We're here to ensure your request is handled smoothly.
