When will my amp device be delivered?
Orders typically ship 4–6 weeks after purchase.
Once your amp device is ready, JB Hunt will contact you 1–2 weeks before delivery to schedule installation.
After scheduling, JB Hunt will provide tracking details so you can monitor your delivery and installation status.
What if I haven’t heard from JB Hunt?
If it’s been over 5 weeks since your order and you haven’t received scheduling details, contact [email protected] for an update.
Can I update my shipping address before my order ships?
Yes! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email [email protected] as soon as possible. Once JB Hunt schedules your installation, we can’t make changes.
Who is JB Hunt?
JB Hunt is a professional logistics company that handles amp installations and deliveries. They will reach out to schedule your setup and ensure everything is installed correctly.
Can I reschedule my installation?
Yes! Once JB Hunt reaches out, you can work with them directly to reschedule if needed.
Can you leave the amp device at my house if I’m not ready?
No. The amp device cannot be left at your home. If installation cannot be completed, the amp device will be returned.
What if the installation doesn’t work out?
If your selected spot isn't ideal, our installation team will work with you to find an alternative location that meets all safety and space requirements. We will suggest options that ensure your amp functions properly while fitting seamlessly into your home.
You will receive a full refund if the installation cannot be completed.
What if my building requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?
If your building requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for delivery or installation, you can indicate this in the scheduling link when JB Hunt contacts you. They will handle obtaining the necessary documentation.
How is amp installed?
We make the installation process super simple and efficient with professional white-glove service. Our team handles everything from delivery to setup, ensuring your amp is perfectly positioned and ready for your first workout. All you have to do is show up with your iPhone and your amp app installed.

What do I need to do before installation day?
To ensure a smooth setup, make sure your space is ready before your installation appointment:
✅ Clear the area where the amp device will be installed.
✅ Remove any obstacles—including mirrors, artwork, or items on the wall where we’ll install the amp device.

Will the installers check if my space is suitable?
Yes! The professional installers will assess your space upon arrival and determine if it meets the necessary requirements.
What if I live in an apartment or condo?
If you live in a building with specific delivery or installation requirements (e.g., freight elevator access, concierge notifications, COI), please indicate this when scheduling with JB Hunt so they can plan accordingly.
