Need to update your payment method? Here's how to change it for amp orders or subscriptions based on how you checked out.

Changing your payment method for an amp device order

If you placed an order for the amp device and want to change the payment method (for example, if you need to switch to a different one):

Please reach out to our support team directly. We’ll help you update your payment method before your order ships.

  • Live chat on our website (click on the chat bubble on the bottom right corner)


Changing your payment method for your amp subscription

Option 1: You used Shop Pay (via Shopify)

You can update your payment method yourself by logging in through a web browser (this cannot be done from the Shop mobile app).


Here’s how:

  1. Visit https://shop.app/ and sign in to your account.

  2. Click the profile icon (top-right corner) and select Settings.

  3. Choose Recurring payments.

  4. Click Add/update payment method and follow the prompts.

This will update the card linked to your amp subscription.


Option 2: You used a credit card (not through Shop Pay)

If your subscription was set up using a direct credit card payment, our team will need to assist you.
