Forgot your amp password? Here's what to do

Don’t worry, resetting your amp password is quick and easy. Just follow the steps below to get back into your account and back to training.

How to reset your password

  1. Open the amp app on your iPhone.

  2. On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?"

  3. Enter the email address you used to create your amp account.

  4. Check your inbox for an email from us. It will contain a 6-digit verification code.

  5. Enter the code in the app, then create a new password.

That’s it! You’ll be able to log in to your account again.

  • Double-check your email for typos.

  • Look in your spam or promotions folders, sometimes our emails hide there.
