Step 1: Mastering arm angles

The amp arm is all about versatility—whether you're storing it away or gearing up for a killer workout.

  • Find the Adjustment Knob: It’s on the side of the device.

  • Unlock the Arm: Press the knob to release the lock.

  • Choose Your Angle: Rotate the arm to one of four positions: stowed, 45° down, horizontal, or 45° up.

  • Lock It In: Release the knob, ensuring it clicks into place.


Step 2: Adjusting the arm height

Adapt the device to match your workout and body alignment.

  • Release the Height Lock: Pull the same adjustment knob outward.

  • Slide to Fit: Move the arm to one of 10 secure height settings.

  • Set It Firmly: Release the knob and ensure it locks with a satisfying click.


Step 3: Attaching accessories

amp’s quick-release system makes swapping accessories as smooth as your next rep.

  • Choose Your Gear: Handles, ropes, ankle straps—you name it.

  • Secure with a Click: Insert the accessory tab into the quick-release slot until it locks in.

  • Swap or Remove: Press the release button and pull gently.


Step 4: Dialing in resistance

amp’s resistance system brings precision and personalization to every lift.

  • Adjust the Weight: Turn the dial clockwise to increase counterclockwise to decrease.

  • Monitor the Display: Check the screen to confirm your settings in real time.
